How long is my Baselland CARD valid for?

The Baselland CARD is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. You can find the terms and conditions HERE.

How do I use my Baselland CARD?

The card is swiped through the payment terminal using the magnetic strip to make a payment. The corresponding amount is deducted from the balance. Partial payments of an invoice are also possible. No PIN entry is required when using the card.

Can a Baselland CARD be reloaded?

Yes, the Baselland CARD can be topped up at any time at a point of sale.

Can I return or exchange my Baselland CARD?

No, it is not possible to return or exchange a Baselland CARD.

Can I have my Baselland CARD blocked if it is lost or stolen?

Your Baselland CARD can be blocked if the card number (16 digits) is known. Please note that the Baselland CARD is a gift card that is not personalised and therefore cannot be tracked.

My Baselland CARD is defective. What can I do?
