The next Roman Festival will take place on Saturday, 29th and Sunday, 30th August 2026.
The legionnaires march resolutely across the field, the dancers move gracefully, children marvel and cheer as gladiators test their strength, the rhythmic hammering of craftsmen can be heard in the distance, and the aroma of delicious food wafts through the air – and then: thunderous cheers as the emperor strides through the crowd, waving majestically.
